(PC) Battlefront 2 Temporary 30 FPS Lock

My game runs on Ultra at 60 fps no sweat. Every few minutes or so, as of recent, my frames will drop to a solid 30 fps and stay there for about 10 seconds pr more. This is also accompanied by slurred and sometimes missing audio from blasters and music. Then everything goes back to normal at 60 fps. This 30 fps lock and slurred audio also affects Windows 10 in general when i alt+tab out of game. Any help?
