[PC] Cannot rebind console key / disable console

Question

You did this in Battlefield 1 after not letting people change the console keybind in Battlefield 3, 4 and Battlefront 2015.

And in Battlefront 2 we're once again not able to change the keybind for the console. Please, I beg you, this shouldn't be a huge change or be too much effort. Let us rebind it. I use ~ (or ^ for Europeans) as my push to talk key in every game I play for decades, it would be most appreciated if I could change the keybinding for the console in Battlefront 2.

It would be little work but help many people, not just me.

Seriously this in conjunction with the constant rubber banding is driving me insane. I have never had this on by default in any of my games. I don't need a console key next to my command key. 5/10 times I have died it has been when this stupid console comes on. Tired of it. Fix it. Give me a launch option to disable it. Something. Do you people even play the video games you make?

Nearly 4 years have passed and this is still a thing... ~ is my PTT key as well since forever.&nbsp;Guess it's really hard to add an option to change this to the keybinds menu ☹️

If you have any issues with Star Wars: Battlefront 2&nbsp; please make a new topic about the issues you are having and what kind of steps you have tried to solve them.
&nbsp;
The key is related&nbsp;to the Frostbite engine and no the game it self.
