(PC) when joining any match camera gets stuck looking up (un-playable)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I had just purchased this game in hopes to play right away after downloading. once i enter a match whether that be single player or multiplayer. the camera gets stuck facing up. i could still move and there is no error message  and the game continues as normal. I am still able to use my mouse in the menus, but as soon as i get into a game its impossible to move my camera. I have cleared my DNS Cache and also unplugged my mouse and rel plugged. i have also disabled origin and discord to prevent any interference with the game.  THIS BUG OCCURS IN ALL GAMES MODES
