Just to be clear - you're saying your refresh rate consistently stays at 164 Hz the entire time you are in SWBF2?

6 years agoNo and that is where the game is loading it jumps above it - now I don't have always 164fps going but not seen it go above it. @DarthFDG

Its going below 164 that we're questioning. The issue called out here is that Hz refresh rate (not FPS, as I erroneously stated) is dipping well below what is configured in game.
