Persistent PC Crash/Lock

What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug In many modes but not all I have a Crash/Lock bug that has persisted for months. It's persisted through patches and driver updates as well and nothing has fixed it. It mostly occurs during transitions between map changes. For example if I am on Tattooine for Galactic Assault and then play another GA on Tattooin it's ok, but when it switches to the next map in the rotation it crashes/locks my PC. The ONLY thing that fixes it is turning my PC off again. I NEVER get this bug playing Extraction or Jetpack or Ewok. It does also happen in HvH, and SA. *NOTE* I am ticking the GA box for the mode it happens in but IT HAPPENS IN MULTIPLE MODES. This is a CLASS A BUG.

What happens when the bug occurs? My PC crashes and the only way to remedy it is to power off and power on again. This only happens in this game.
What do you expect to see? I expect this to finally be looked into as I have had this bug for months with ZERO response from your team.

    Yeah i have the exact same problem and nothing i have tried works(reinstalling the game, reinstalling origin, wiping hard drive, editing files. nothing it still crashes/freezes everytime i play multiplayer. This is a huge problem please look into this EA

    Today I had a crash in Extraction for the first time as well. Transitioning to Tattooine from Kessel. I've never had that before and I've been playing Extraction a ton because it was the one mode that didn't crash. Hundreds of matches.

    That happend to me aswell a couple of days ago. the only mode i could play was extraction but now the game is unplayable

    Any update on this would be appreciated. This has been going on for months for me and the mentioned issues have gotten worse with the new map rotation/patch.

    I really don't want to see this thread die like the one I posted all the way back in March when this problem started for me. Any update at all on this even if it's just, "We're still totally looking into it" would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    I'm sorry for the late reply! We'll try to investigate the problem further. I tried to reproduce it on my PC, but with no avail so far ☹️

    At the moment I'm searching for anything unusual in your logs/reports, because this problem seems to be very uncommon. 

    Also, by "it locks my PC" do you mean the game causes the PC to freeze? 🤔

    Thanks for getting back to me! Yes. It freezes. The only remedy is restarting. It does it mostly between rounds when switching to a new map. It has been worse since the patch/map rotation update as well. I've tried everything.
