Had another on the same day..
On Unknown Regions about half way thru 2nd phase, the transports stopped coming out. Counter on screen went to 33% remaining, but with no other transports coming the game effectively left us with no other targets. So we decided to shoot the other side. They had unlimited tickets and we were a stronger team so they ended up leaving via quit.
In the end we were 7 vs - 0. We killed bots for a while until the match became so boring we were fighting each other for the spawn kills of the bots as they came into the area.
If it is a hack - the game is compromised. Someone can effectively stop the Attacking side from winning.
If it is a glitch - or code issue, something triggered it in the 2nd phase.
We need to get this fixed...
Suggestions, review or reset the servers or perhaps a known bug can be fixed.

Seems to be a larger problem than i thought ^^
