Same here, but i get connected to USA Virginia ping site with 150+ ping, however germany is the closest to me, but i dont even have it in my ping site selection menu...
It's very frustrating. I always change it when I leave a match. Here in Brazil we can find rooms to play but not all day, so by night I change to Virginia
