Same thing here as well, reflections in particular looks horribly pixelated. Like they are in 8-bit or something.
What should look like shiny floors looks really bad. I saw the same thing in Mass Effect : Andromeda, reflections on surfaces and guns looked like that.
I have all video settings maxed, I hope its not supposed to look like that.
I have a GTX 770 with the latest drivers (tried the game ready drivers as well, same thing) on Win 7 64-bit.

I was doing some testing and the pixelation seems to be caused by something in the Post Process Quality video setting. If you set it to Low the pixelation goes away but you loose the reflections of some lights and who knows what else.
I wonder if this is a bug or its working as intended? I can't imagine someone would think that effect looks good.
