Please fix disruptor bug

Ye I have had this problem before it is pretty annoying I have lost quite a few shots seen as though I am a bit of a runner type person I run straight for the disruptor and sometimes get in behind enemy lines and manage to pick up the Ion Disruptor and almost fire it and then it cancels out by the random melee that occurs then I get killed for it by a person that is close to me. I have lost at least 10-30 ions disruptor shots because of this.
