PLEASE PUNISH PEOPLE FOR LEAVING MID-GAME
Almost every single game of Heroes vs Villains i play, one of the teams has 3 players and the other one has 4. Sometimes even 2 versus 4. People leaving and joining mid game just ruins the game mode....

Mouse makes good points about this. Why should someone have to stay in a toxic game if they are the only one attempting to compete against a bunch of level 500’s that team kill, spam emotes, teabag, Shoot your corpse, etc? I would agree with you if this game had a ranked mode for HvV where your rank would be negatively be affected due to people leaving. However, this is a casual game so all you lose if you ragequit is your ego, experience, and some credits which is a fair enough punishment imo.
