Pre Order bonus content not been given

Hi there, I pre ordered my copy of battlefront back in August and one of the extras was that you get access to yoda’s epic lightsaber mastery star card. I still haven’t received any kind of code or given any instructions on how to redeem this item. Considering I’ve pre ordered it I expect to get it as small as it may seem. Can anyone help me or tell me what I need to do to get this. Or if anyone can tell me how they got theirs it would be greatly appreciated
