preload

hey, i have been so excited to play star wars battlefront 2 after have played the beta because it was so good then now i have been waiting to the 10 november and i go in origin and i
can't pre download it???

    if your order still processing then u need to contact with EA support then they will provide u option to refund game and preorder it again then contact them for the preorder bonus

    I may have solved the issue, at least for PS4 users.  Go into your purchased order history and select the game.  There should be an option to download.  I'm in that process now.  Hopefully I can report back with some good news.

    My previous post about going into the purchased history, selecting the game, and then clicking on the download option did in fact work for me.  Of course, this was for the PS4.

  • I have the EXACT same problem, i can't pre-load the game

    it's annoying, i want to be able to play the game when it release 

    Do you guys know how can i fix this?

    You have to be a member of EA Access to download before the 14th. If you don't have that subscription, you will be waiting until the 14th to download the game.

    Go to Origin Access (tab) and Play First Trials. You have to be an Origin Access sub to access this.

    The Trial version should be there. Even after preloading the game, it'll launch the game as a trial and you can start your 10-hour trial.

    FYI - I fixed my preload issue - for all those still having problems, check the order status and make sure it says 'complete'. If still 'processing' then check for issues with your card / payment method (my card had expired since i pre-ordered so it needed updating).
