How accessible is the current experience? Annoying, but OK
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. Rey, Kilo Ren skins not unlocked
How is this making it more difficult? I don't have skins unlocked even though I played the Beta from when it released
How can we reproduce this experience? Allowing me to get the character skins
I played the BF2 Beta as soon as it came out and I played it a ton, but when the full game release came out, I got the crate rewards but not the Kylo Ren or Rey Preorder skins. It shows both of them as locked and I haven't gotten them. I would appreciate if I was able to get or unlock the skins to use. Thanks!

I assume you must be talking about exclusive The Last Jedi outfit for Kylo Ren and Rey? Those skins were available for players, who pre-ordered the game. Participation in the multiplayer beta should grant you The Founder’s Crate with an emote for Darth Maul.
