Writing it here because i didn't find an option to write a ticket to devs.
I completed campaign and collect every collecrables so in mission selection it glow white as collected, but when i go to into "Collection" tab there is still achievements that required me to collect things. But how am i supposed to do that if everything is collected and game didn't let me collect thing that already collected?

Well, you did what I suggested - posted screen shots. Unfortunately, this is an English forum, so I can't make out the wording in the screen shots.
Nonetheless, that screenshot of Kylo is from the Career tab, not Collection. I don't know which milestones because, again, this is an English forum and Google translate isn't doing such a good job.
The language difference will make it difficult to get help. So, either include English translation of the screenshots or post in the Russian forum.
Those 3 milestones are for collecting "hidden items' on missions
1-st is for the mission: "Prologue the cleaner"
2-nd is for Mission 8: "Under Covered Skies"
3-rd is for Mission 11: "Until Ashes"
But game missed 2 items on first mission
2 items on 8 mission
and 1 on 11 mission
you have to go back and re do them because you could have missed them
I second this.
One of the reasons I suggested searching for your issue is because there are multiple posts saying the game sometimes doesn't properly capture completion of milestones; you sometimes have to re-do the tasks, at least partially.
While certainly not ideal, it's been the case for years.
Sorry for late response.
I will just reset all progress when i try to play the next time. Because right now there is no possibility to redo them because they just didn't showing at mission, like i already collected them
