I second this.
One of the reasons I suggested searching for your issue is because there are multiple posts saying the game sometimes doesn't properly capture completion of milestones; you sometimes have to re-do the tasks, at least partially.
While certainly not ideal, it's been the case for years.
Sorry for late response.
I will just reset all progress when i try to play the next time. Because right now there is no possibility to redo them because they just didn't showing at mission, like i already collected them
