The issues I’m getting include the save file for the campaign being erased, I will load into matches and games but I can not move, shoot, open the game menu, and I had to equip all of my star cards again. I am on an Xbox One using an Ethernet cable plugged into my router for internet on my Xbox, and I have tried resetting the game, restarting the consol and a hard reset. I have the achievements from my campaign but I have to start over! And I was trying on the hardest difficulty! I wish I knew this stuff would happen before I preordered it.
Now I can play multiplayer fine but I had to restart my campaign on the hardest difficulty.
