Problems with 3480x1080 Resolution

Hello, I'm having some issues when the game launches. My screen looks like the image I posted. I've tried to input the launch perimeters "-resolution 3480 1080" without success. Has anyone else had this issue. The monitor is the Samsung CHG90.

    Hi @GreenEyedGhost, Try tuning off Microsoft game bar and see what happens, I saw some players made it work by shutting it of.
