- Make sure you are 100% positive you are using the account that has the progress, when logging into the EA app.
- Clear your cache.
- Contact EA support directly during business hours, so you can directly chat with someone.
Above assumes you've only ever purchased the game from one seller (EA, Steam, etc.) and are starting the game via that seller's launcher.
