Hello BF2 communtiy!
So yesterday I logged into my Battlefront 2 account on PS4 and played a game of galactic assault with my friend who was playing for the first time. In the match results screen, I noticed under personal that my rank was at 13. My rank was around halfway through rank 39 so I was a bit confused. I also noticed that my ranks for Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker, that were once in their 40s, are now down to 37. I first tried restarting my game and then my PS4. This didn't work so I contacted customer support to see if they could resolve the issue. I was in a chat with someone for around an hour trying to figure out what they problem was. She said to go to settings and restore my licenses under account management and restart my PS4. I did this and once again nothing happened. She told me that she was seeing that my rank was still at 39 and that it is saved server-side. I am a tech savvy person so I knew that it also couldn't be a syncing error or else it would have backtracked my other ranks and restarted me only from the point that it stopped syncing. She said that on her side she can see my rank is at 39 and that I should wait. That doesn't make sense however since this is clearly not something that can be resolved by waiting. This is starting to get frustrating and I am becoming desperate for a solution. Anyone know why this is happening?
