My Battlefront 2 crashes as soon as i try to load in to a battle

Yesterday i bought Battlefront 2 and i played it the whole evening. the next day i tried to find a battle but as soon as the map was shown my game just closed itself with the EA-app. i contacted support and they said to create a new admin account on my pc and it worked i can play on that new account but still cant play on the regular one even though both accounts are admins
