Summarize your bug All levels that were prestige (had gold badge) have reset. Star Cards are still there, but my levels have dropped dramatically.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at my star cards which are only available to buy at a higher level than my heroes/classes show.
What happens when the bug occurs? Progress is lost.
What do you expect to see? The levels I earned back.

There's a thread called 'progress lost' in the technical issues section that's pinned to the top because this is an ongoing issue that @EA_Atic said they'll be looking into round about now. I'm one of the people affected.
