Progression Is Reset [Resolved]

I have the same problem. Every time i start a match everything is gone. In the career-screen all cards are there. How can it be fixed?

Yes the same. Seems to affect many, many players. In Collections screen the progress is still intact but whenever joining a game all classes are back to level zero and all unlocks gone.

Played 1 match after downloading the patch where everything was OK but in the next game had this problem and i hasn't gone away. Also, most matches indeed end midway with error code 327.

Edit: what i'd like to know is: Timetable for a fix from EA and other relevant parties.

Edit 2: Upon closer inspection of the "Collection" screen, it seems i have all my cards and stuff and acquired levels are indeed still there but they are unequipped for all classes and for some heroes...still doesn't explain why everything is level 0 ingame though.

Edit 3: Seems to affect every game mode, in multiplayer atleast. When you get a match completed (for some miraculous reason without getting error 327), shows no scoreboard, no credits etc gained, nothing.

Edit 4 (~3 hours from original post): Seems to be fixed by EA, had to slot every card again though.

Same here, all classes / unlocks gone in a match (main menu is fine)and judging by the people that i play with or against this seems to be the case for basically everyone right now.

Kinda funny having everyone run around with default stuff,  this should be a game mode :D

My guess is it is a Server acting up on their end.

There's currently no point in even trying to play,every match so far (no matter the game mode) got interrupted by a DC followed by a 327 error.

Just happened to me. Can equip star cards in collection but as soon as match starts they have unequipped and locked, like I have never used them. My star card level is still 18 and my overall rank is still 13. Tried a reset to no avail. Re-install? Frustrating, please fix/help. I DO NOT WANT TO START AGAIN LOL..

Same problem here. When I said i dont like the starcard system and i wish it was not in game...this is not what i meant...

Same here. Collection is fine, but loading into a MP game it's all gone.

Same here. Was card level 21 before patch, played one game and now reset to locked cards. I see them at menu but as I start a match it shows them as locked. I've quit the game completely and then restarted the game and that made no difference. 

Maybe some server error?

I also get randomly kicked from games. In main screen it says error 327
