Progression stuck: reward for 50 Heavy kills won't unlock

Im having an issue with the fwmb-10k milestone. Did the 200 kills but didnt get the weapon or the creds. I have 258 kills now with the heavy class. No help from technical support. Im boycotting EA games till they fix their technical support. When they hire some Americans that I can understand and are knowledgeable about EA products then I will come back. I was looking forward to battlefield 5 too makes a little sad on the other hand I am happy I didnt preorder yet which I was gonna do later this week.
