PS4 - Missing Elite Trooper Edition Crates and Bonuses
Yesterday I played Battlefront II for the first time (besides the beta) when those who pre-ordered the deluxe trooper edition could play for early access.
Upon loading up the game, I played a few matches then noticed that I should be getting my bonus upgraded items. I couldn't find them unlocked anywhere. I assumed maybe it would take a while to go through, because I was able to open my founders crate (for playing the beta) after a couple matches.
Today, I logged back in hoping to see my items, but they weren't there. I started to look it up and search for a solution, and I have been reading that Xbox One players and some PC players have not received these bonuses either.
All in all, I am missing my skins for Kylo Ren and Rey (which I could use in the Beta) and all of my trooper bonuses.
If it helps to solve the issue, I am using a non-primary PS4 account to play the game. What I mean is, I bought the game on the master account, not the account I'm playing with.
For those who don't know, addons, DLC, and other items work for the non-primary accounts. Before the release of the game, I read on the Battlefront II website that the Epic Lightsaber Mastery card for Yoda is only available for the account who bought the game under their name. But nothing about the extra trooper bonuses. And, these bonuses have worked accross all PS4 accounts.
For those who might be wondering, my brothers share the PS4, with my oldest having the primary account. I spent the money myself on the game, but bought it under his name on his account so we all could play it separately.
If anybody knows how to solve the issue, or could tell me if it'll be fixed or any helpful information like that, please let me know. Thank you in advance.

Hey @210xgx39zqao, @reeceschembri123, @Seanfcb102000, @rjyoung01386, @VT_Lance34 the STAR WARS™ Battlefront™ II: Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition content is only on the main account that have done the order or have been redeemed on, and is not shared with rest of the accounts on the Xbox or PlayStation, It is working as intended.
Its working the same if you are FIFA player that you only get the pack/points content on the account that redeemed the code or order the game on.
