@nwmilk Hi, did you order a physical or digital version? If you ordered a digital version please reach out to Playstation support.
If you ordered a Physical copy it should come with a slip of paper which contains your code. Redeem this on the store and you should get your content.
Here's an image of what the code slip should look like:

I believed the money go to EA instead of sony, so I will be happier if you could give me a link of how to follow up instead of saying go to Sony directly.- EA_David8 years ago

Can I check if you have anything additional that's available to download through the PS4 Addon menu?
Can I also check what region you're in? I know some users in APAC regions are affected by a Deluxe content issue.

I think I am one of the effected customers in apac regions, how can you solve this problem?
- ApprovedAnonymous8 years agoI used the code on the 14th but nothing has happened even when I checked my transaction history and saw it had been acceptedI am in the UK and would not mind if a compensation for the delay is provided

I have no extra in-game content and, although the transaction (for STAR WARS Battlefront II: Deluxe - Upgrade ( 1 ) £0.00) shows up on my account, no download is available to check or retry.
If there's compensation for the delay I'd be interested too
