PS4 BFII Can't Collect Rewards for Collectibles

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug Battlefront 2 campaign mission "The Cleaners", shows that I have unlocked 3/3 collectibles. In addition, all three collectibles are unattainable anymore, implying they have been discovered already. However, when I try to claim the remain in the career tab, it say I only have 2/3 collectibles unlocked. If I replay the mission, I'm not able to discover anything.

    I remember you used to get a similar bug before but this sounds slightly different to what I experienced back in I think it was December. @ClassicAqua274@ I would always suggest restoring licenses(by going to settings, accounts, restore licenses) as a possible fix. Definitely fixed a similar issue to the one described. If this doesn't work then over to EA/Dice for what is hopefully a quick fix.

    I repet , I'm on xbox one and I don't know how to delete the cloud from the campaing ( that sad the PS4 players to do )

    Oh I see. The original post is for PS4. You can use EA support they should be able to advise you on troubleshooting for xbox. I'm sure I've also seen some posts on here with troubleshooting steps for xbox but I can't remember where, sorry.

    Tinogiggedy , I found a fix 4 mouths ago but I don't remember it. It  was something like this : Go offline and do something then go online and do something . Do you heard something like this?

    Someone knows a anthor fix because i've sent an e-mail to EA and they don't send one back to me ?
