@General_Godstu Can I ask your region and whether you bought a digital or physical Edition? Hopefully we'll have a fix for the missing Deluxe content soon.
I assume you've checked already, but just so I can be sure, you've looked and have 0 crates for opening?

- Anonymous8 years agoI'm playing out of the UK and I bought a digital copy from the ps store I've been in touch with the live chat team and have an open card with evidence supplied of the purchase and system

@General_Godstu Hey, by "open card" should that mean "open case"? If so support should be able to get this sorted.

yes it should say open case sorry. and as of this second i don't have any unopened crates available. i had 1 when i first logged on but that was the daily login one i presume. hopefully ill receive a response from support with in 24 hrs i was told so we shall see 🙂
