PS4 Elite trooper deluxe edition missing content

I have had a read through a few posts saying that people aren't receiving content on sub accounts. Im not even receiving content on my main account this is ridiculous from such a well established com...

I'm playing out of the UK and I bought a digital copy from the ps store I've been in touch with the live chat team and have an open card with evidence supplied of the purchase and system

@General_Godstu Hey, by "open card" should that mean "open case"? If so support should be able to get this sorted. 


Thank you for the info, hopefully this will help with getting this resolved for all users, so folks just get their content without needing to reach out.

    yes it should say open case sorry. and as of this second i don't have any unopened crates available. i had 1 when i first logged on but that was the daily login one i presume. hopefully ill receive a response from support with in 24 hrs i was told so we shall see 🙂
