[PS4] Error Code CE-34878-0

Hello, lately I have been experiencing an issue with STAR WARS Battlefront II [PS4]. Everytime, the game crashes after 10-15 minutes of playing and the error code CE-34878-0 pops up. I have experienced this issue in Capital Supremacy: Age Of Republic. As far as I know, it has nothing to do with my console because I have tried every recommended solution by SONY.
