PS4 missing Deluxe Trooper Edition items + pre-order items

@ToggaenThank you for coming back to let us know. Can you try restarting your system then check again? Or let us know if you've already tried this.

    Thank you. Can I check that you're logging on using the same account that bought the Deluxe Edition? Unfortunately the Deluxe contents can't be shared across different PS4 accounts, and I just want to check that this isn't a factor here.

      The deluxe edition was purchased on the same account as I'm using (Toggaen)
