Quit Game, Launch game = All Cards, Skins, Emotes Unequipped. Tutorial Popups.

What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug Quit Game. Launch game = All Cards, Skins, Emotes Unequipped. Tutorial Popups.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? Duke_Whywalker
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 10/05/2018
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 10:00 PM
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1) Close the game. 2) Open the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? (Screenshots Attached) 1) Initial tutorial popups appear. 2) Display resolution changes to 1900x1200 from 2560x1440. 3) Collection is completely reset (yellow triangle in top right for all heroes and classes). All star cards, skins, and emotes are unequipped from the last time I played. All star cards, skins, and emotes purchased in my play through are available for me to select.
What do you expect to see? 1) I don't expect to see the tutorial popups because I've been playing this game since launch. 2) I expect to have my star cards, skins, and emotes equipped from my last play through. 3) I don't expect to see the yellow arrows in my collection. 4) I expect my display resolution and settings to stay the same from the last play through.

Steps taken to resolve the issue:

  • Repaired game in Origin.
  • Resent EA verification to e-mail.
  • Set up EA authenticator, and verified with e-mail.
  • Uninstalled and reinstalled the game.

Nothing is working!  PLEASE HELP!

    HI @Duke_Whywalker - When you got the cloud message, Was cloud saves turned off. If so, turn back on and play swbf2 for a while making sure your cards etc are allocated. When you quit, don't close Origin then do this: 1st re-launch the game and see if your cards are in place. If not then try this>

    1. Go to your Game Library in Origin.
    2. Right-click on your game.
    3. Click Game Properties.
    4. Click Cloud Saves.
    5. Click Restore Save.
      • You’ll get a message that starts with “You are now reverting to a locally stored save file…”

    Click OK and you should be able to play from your last local save.

    This is try and see what happens scenario but if your cards are still allocated correctly then the problem was cloud save sync. Let me know how it goes.
