Hello @MasterPadwan77 and thanks for reporting in!
I've not noticed this problem myself yet and am able to force push users around. Next time I use some force push abilities, I will try to aim at some environmental things to see if the bounce is indeed far too much. If I see the effect, I will post a video here!
Keep in mind that there are other bugs active in the game that cause players to be stuck very easily on every map in the game, described by this thread here!
