Re: 0 credits awarded at the end of a match

@JaegerBomb777 Hi, thanks for the post. Can I check if this match you played was before or after you opened your last Hero crate?

I'm actually not sure because I tend to buy crates immediately whenever I can afford them. Is there a way you can check it?

@JaegerBomb777 When  you posted, was it immediately after a match? I can see a match credit gain about 40 minutes before your initial post, and I want to check that this wasn't the match you referenced. 

Also do you remember if you had kills in the match? 

And yeah, a timestamped screenshot can be super-useful for tracking things. 

Yep, I'm pretty sure I played 2 matches on Kashyyyk and received some credits for both of those, but the match that I played on the Death Star didn't receive any credits at all. Yes, I remember that I had kills in the Death Star Match and I think I scored around 4200 points. The next time it happens I'll take a screen shot and also take note of the time it happens.
