I've restarted and done multiple power cycles throughout the day on my PS4, and nothing has changed. My rank is still 16 instead of 29, and multiple characters still have improper levels. I'm so happy to hear that the fix has worked for so many players, but just be aware that there are still some of us who have not had this issue resolved with the fix. DICE TeamBefore friday´s db restoring/hotfix i was missing no levels nor progression points. Since Saturday evening and the db restoring, all classes, heroes and ships lost -1 level and all progression points have been zeroed.
Buckle up peeps, this one will probably be a long ride. Took months to fix the duplicate credit bug, this has all the same hallmarks. Problem exists. We'll check in to it. Problem still exists. We fixed it! Um, no, you didn't. Oh...we'll check in to it. Crickets. Good luck and may the force be with you.
