    Just reported my Issue with EA Chat, and had this reply - "We do apologize for that . And to tell you honestly, you are not the only one whose experiencing this problem as of the moment. Because until now , we are getting a lot of contacts about this telling the same problem. But you don't have to worry, this problem has been already lifted to the studio team, and they are already looking into it. And for now, we are asking for your patience and kind consideration as we are working hard to have this problem fixed. And what I can do for you right now is we can have your case documented and I'll be putting your account information to the list of the players that has been affected with this issue, so once the studio team confirmed that the issue has been resolved you will be emailed and get an ingame notification."

    The multi-player awards got fixed today for me apparently, thanks for that.

    The campaign scavenger awards on the other hand still can’t be claimed.

    Good to see that they are at least acknowledging the issue. Hopefully they really are working it. I’m still relatively new to this game and would really like to use the better weapons I’ve earned.

    I would like to make the point that the more of us that actually report this issue and complain, then the quicker EA are likely to take it seriously and resolve it. So if you do have this problem, then please complain

    Instead of you all moaning on here - let EA know, the more of us that complain the quicker it will get resolved!

  • Same here. I have 2 rewards for iqa-11 and cant claim it. So, i want x2 scope and fast bullet speed for comfort sniping, but ea said no, u dont want it. Cool. "Glad to hear" im not alone.

    BTW whos bright idea was it to have a "claim reward" system. Don't you think it would be better if you could just instantly get what you earned. Why have this middle man system at all? Would this have possibly avoided the whole problem from the get go? Just a thought... Oh yeah just got another reward that I can't unlock!

    I reported it twice and ea closed both cases without even a response. Absolutely ridiculous. When I am online it says to login to accept. I log in, and nothing to claim. Why not give you the reward instantly so you don’t have to back out of online to claim it. Then spend the next 5-45 minutes trying to get back into a match? I have the disc copy and I am on x box. Currently have four locked up rewards.

    I’m a newbie. Can you direct me where we formally complain or log the issue with EA?  Thanks for the posts and help getting this resolved. 

  • I currently have 6 rewards that I am unable to claim at the moment. These items consist of new weapons, weapon attachments, credits and crystals. I also opened a ticket to only have it closed a few hours later with NO RESPONSE! WTH!!!

    Go to EA, click your game and report a bug.

    Yep I got the same response almost verbatim, just abnout 15 or 16 hours ago.

    Just to update mine a little. I am currently at 4 rewards that I can not claim, several of which are crates for my heavy trooper that woiuld likely go a good way towards making him more competitive in online matches.

    Same with me! I can't claim 4 rewards including weapons and weapons attachments. Fix it EA/DICE , I love this game 😞

    I add myself to the list of unclaimable reward gamers of Battlefront 2.

    today I was in touch with ea and the representative told me that the team is aware of this issue and that they are going to fix it.

    but the more people contacting them with this frustrating and annoying bug the higher up in the system it will come and the faster it gets solved.

    please contact them about the bug so we can ge our upgraded weapons.....

    Add me to this list, it's been 4 days since I finished my specialist milestones and still can't claim the rewards.
