in my post check the update 2 at the very beginning, download the folder, paste that folder into documents.
run the game
if the image is too big after launching the game, hit alt f4, right click star wars bf2 icon, properties, compatibility and disable dpi scaling- @IsFunkio up for this, thanks for the contribution, i hope everyone get their issue fixed and can enjoy the game nicely.
Game still won't launch. When I double click on the icon from the desktop, the mouse icon loading animation happens twice, like the computer is thinking and then nothing happens.

Hey, @mazdatuner09 make sure that all drivers for windows are up to date, also worth to reinstall the GPU drivers for your PC.
You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with Star Wars: Battlefront 2 and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.
Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

@EA_Atic I was able to get it to work by logging into the Epic Game Store and launching from there. It's the only way the game will launch. It's pretty annoying to have to open one game store to launch it for a different game store (Origin) to play with friends there. Following all these "fixes" has now caused discord to have to be launched in admin mode every single time which is also another step that shouldn't have to be done either. Everything seems to work fine once it's all launched but it's a lot just to play a game. Fairly glad the game was free.
@EA_AticI've updated drivers, re-installed the game, did every other possible solution, nothing has worked. I've disabled all overlaying apps too. Will re-installing origin and epic games work? Since I've exhausted all other options.
I can't launch my game from the EA My Collection library. Other games work, but not Battlefront II. I am getting an error message that says; Your game failed to launch. An error on our end caused your launch to fail. Try again a little later. This has been going on all afternoon just for this game.
What can I do?
