Hi @demev7488,

What you should say that you are losing data on those to servers while trying to send data to EA servers. So those that I highlighted are not our servers. All of the servers you see on that list is not just EA but everything from your modem to us.

The last 3 servers are our servers.

    @EA_Atic- This same problem started for me this weekend (12th) and has popped up twice (when I say twice I mean on 2 days) - the first sign of trouble is that I cannot join any multiplayer game. If I keep searching ( usually more than 1/2 hr) a game will eventually be found but halfway through the map load, it quits and gives me error code 216 3 or 4 times in a row, then a game will eventually start with no further problems. This can happen day or night. All checks on my xbox one/modem (Cable) come up fine. This applies to all the SWBF2 multiplayer games.

    @EA_Atic - have tried everything -the problem appears to be random. Have played the last 2 days without the error popping. May have been congestion problem (weekend) not game problem.

    Hey @ggibb65 That would be something to raise with your ISP if that the issue. 🙂

    Hi in another topic is solution from this guy ZzZerks..

    Found a solution! There was always such a window with error 216. The decision is primitive and long, but it works. How do I solve the problem:
    1) I go to the game
    2) I choose any script mode of the arcade
    3) After playing, I leave the arcade mode and start the network game
    4) I run in 100% of cases
    The next time you enter the game, repeat steps 2 through 3.
    It's even a kind of warm-up, it suits me. I hope you will help. Good luck in the battles!

    This has worked for me on PC in 2025, thank you!

    Prior to this I repaired the game, reinstalled the game, rebooted the router (and PC, multiple times). It seemed to be this that corrected it : )
