I'm running the game on ultra settings with DX12 disabled. It also doesn't matter what I do in the End of match screen. I can click through the scorebaord and personal tab or not do anything at all, the crash happens regardless. Pls fix this bug asap, the game is unplayable like this.

    I just get BSOD. :'(

At first, before even getting to the splash screen. Then, after following different advice; i.e. no overlays, delete settings folder, delete line in settings... I get in - get a round or two - BSOD.

I'm getting hard crashes on my computer mid game, tried a number of things to identify the issue. I use to not get any crashes, but its been half a year since I loaded up. Almost all games are stable, including BFV. Also, sometimes BF2 will freeze and I will be able to close it out.

Moved from new HHD to my SSD, same.

Made sure there is no OC, on my 2080ti,

    Uninstalled origin, Reinstalled origin.

Win10 is up to date and I have the latest Nvidia drivers

I just get this error in the event viewer every time, at the time of the hard crash:

there should'nt be a problem with ur GPU running at 100% it jsut means the game utilizes ur gpu. - Nothhing wrong with that

  • Been playing SWBF2 for the last month with no issues. As of the latest update (Feb/March 2020) game crashes every time at the front end or not much further in. Have tried all available fixes with no success. All pc drivers are up to date and I have a more than capable rig to run it on.

  • Turn off windows animations!

Search About System,  then click on the advanced system setting (I think) which is on the left side of your monitor, then click on performance (I think)  and there you can change the VRam and you can enable or disable the animations.

I will write this again tomorrow.

  • I've try a lot of "fixes" but no one work... Unnisntall n reinstall, Change floder to desktop, use the repair tool, no overcloking (cpu / gpu), unnistall MSI afterburner / Rivatuner, Uninstall Geforce experience, run as administrator, dx11, setting to 60fps, reinstalling gpu drivers (after using DDU), disableing windows animations, none of them works...

Just can play a single match, then crash to desktop, pretty annoying and boring, is the only game in my pc with this problems, is this game buggy or what?

Hey! I think the Notifications has the problem. Or the game itself (with DX12, It's disabled everytime at me, but still crashing)

I opened the console and writed this: Render.DX12.enable or idk lmao (or WorldRender) it says DX12 is enabled, but it's disabled in options and in the settings file too.

    - Try to disable DX12 in WIndows 10 by following this tutorial: https://www.keepthetech.com/2018/10/how-to-disable-directx-on-windows-10.html

    - Disable all of the  notifications in Origin (the sound too, not just the "text notification")

Since I have enabled the notifications in Origin the Star Wars Battlefront 2 crashes everytime I want to play HvV or something else. But this happens only in multiplayer.

The game freezes, but the sound is still working then crashes to the desktop.

The Star Wars Battlefront (2015) runs perfect without any issues.

  • @SithDarthPaI I'm trying dx12 with borderless temporally going ok... But, now I'm having soooo many lag issues. EA must stop doing SW games, I'm gonna stop playing this game.

No, no issues. Only hackers and bugs. xD
