Ikr I have also the same problem I cant get neither the cooling mode and distruptor mode for the NT-242 and it’s really fryatrating because I use the NT-242 a lot and I would really like that improved cooling on it☹️

I am having the exact same problem. I can't claim two of my reward for the Blurrg-1120 Training Session to reduce my recoil or obtain my 25 crafting parts for Interceptor Cadet. Super frustrating when you put time into the game only to get short changed. EA better fix this bug or I am dropping this game. I never had this problem in the first Battlefront.

I have the exact same problem but with the blurg's improved burst attachment it sucks

@aleksipass269 man that would * me off. Specialist kills are taking the longest for me by far. Got all the other weapons I want but not that disruptor shot

I have the same issue, just started happening to me today. 4 milestones completed that won’t let me claim (it’s not about the credits, it’s about being able to use the zoom and the cooling power!) I’m playing on Xbox one, digital game (no disk)

I hope EA is taking note of this and trying to resolve the issue. It is starting to annoy me and I will probably drop this game if this continues.

Dude they really don’t care about us they just take your money and produce a * game. I have this problem for like ten of my missions. All of them i had to grind forever and the game was like lol nope.

This must be why it was on sale lol I should've known. Called in the issue and they told me they don't have any info but hope to fix it sometime today. Doubtful.

I too am having this exact issue for the Blurrg right now. I hope this gets fixed soon, because I’d rather fly around with my CR-2 + the recoil suppressor I unlocked after unlocking the one for the Blurrg. I hear it’s a great gun, but need this to even relate.

At this point I've earned 1,500 credits, 50 crafting parts, 35 crystals, 2 crates, and two weapons that I've been unable to claim. Getting really annoyed with this. Anyone tried deleting the game file and redownloading? I'm about to do that and see if it works.

Sane here with my Bluurg. The game slow calculating milestones in conjunction with the release of Epiosode VIII, but since then it has been real trifling tallying up milestones that has been a part of the game since it was released! Very frustrating how I work to finish up a milestone, and I can't because the game is not acting right!

This is really getting ridiculous. I've seen some people having this problem since the game first came out. No one is going to want to buy crystals or even have motivation to play if this persists, and I know that I personally will be avoiding any EA titles from here on out. If I didn't buy the digital download, I'd be returning this game. And how hard would it be to at least give out some crystals to people dealing with this? GET ON THIS EA.

A couple of days ago Tech Support said the studio team was working on the problem and that "You will have your rewards within 24hrs" Now it seems tech support is not open for business (I still have 3 non-claimable rewards) not really keen to invest in any more EA Games - Way too frustrating!

At this point I've got about 15 missing rewards, I'm incredibly irritated
