yes i did, maybe theres other setting need to change?

- Im not sure if i have that option because when i check in geforce control panel it doesnt show it.

Do you see "Set up G-Sync" under the Display options? We would like you to un-tick the box for Enable G-Sync.
- Not really, im using a 4k tv through hdmi and i did abit of research that G-Sync only work through Displayport.
