Hey @We_are_demons 

The 2,396 error code is not necessarily related to any connectivity issue. I'm assuming you haven't encountered this problem before the Darth Tyranus Update?

Could you try to delete the SWB2 saved data from your PS4? (note: it's possible that you will lose the Arcade progression ☹️)

    @EA_Ataashi I tried to replicate this bug on a second PS4 and the same thing happens, I tried physical/digital version so the cause of the issue is not my copy of the game or save data/console. QA team just needs to finish a match of Arcade and return to main menu while being offline, they will notice the issue right away 🙂

    I'm not really sure if this issue is caused by Darth Tyranus or the last months December update, but I presume it is the most recent one.

    Where can I go to be refunded for my game? It is a second-hand purchase, but if the game does not work properly, as it should, then I would like a refund of what I paid at least.
