Re: can´t open the game

I had the same problem, it's a problem with the shadows quality set to PCSS or HFTS that causes game to crash while trying to load.

You can fix it by deleting the STAR WARS Battlefront II folder that is in your documents folder and then start origin and right click on game and select repair. This should change your settings to default settings where the shadows quality is turned down.

If you have NVIDIA Geforce experience you can simply just turn down the shadow quality settings through there.
