Re: Can't change resolution

Were you able to get this figured out, @emilio8x?

I have a couple threads below that might help you out. I'd try right-clicking on the game in your Games Library and select "Repair" to see if that fixes this. Rolling back your driver and re-downloading the latest one can help fix resolution issues like this too. https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/pc-graphics-troubleshooting/#updatedrivers

Hi, I thought I had fixed the issue but it appears not. I still can't change the resolution in the game. It's set at 1920X1080 and it's greyed out. I tried setting a lower resolution in windows 10 (1280X720) but even then, when I launch the game it goes back to my max screen resolution of 1920X1080. It's very frustrating. It works if I set the resolution in the ProfileOptions_profile file but as soon as I change a setting ( scale resolution, graphics quality) it goes back to 1080p. I can't even tweak my settings... I tried all of your other recommendations except re-installing drivers because if I do so, my laptop starts making very loud fan noises all the time. If there could be a fix without re-installing drivers that would be the best. I also tried changing the scaling of my intel drivers to scale full screen and override application settings but no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you
