4 years agoRe: Can't display 144hertz stuck at 60hertz..why?

Thanks for your visit to the forums and sorry to hear that you're having issues with SWBF2.
That your in-game refresh rate is stuck at 60Hz can have a few possible causes:
- Is your monitor itself set to maximum 60Hz? You can check this via the Nvidia Control Panel program that should be installed on your laptop.
- Is your Nvidia driver not up-to-date?
- Are you running the game in windowed or borderless mode?
One of the biggest possible causes of the issue is that you're running Windows 11. Unfortunately, not a single currently released EA program (Origin or the EA app) or EA game has officially support for Windows 11 and therefore it is possible that issues occur more often than you would like.
