Absolutely atrocious on EAs end. Ive had this game not even a week and have had at least 30 different error code. Had i known it was this riddled with problems i wouldve just forgotten about it. PS4

Keep in mind that also all achievements vanished from Origin - Origin points show 0
So, not really a Battlefront or even EA issue - it's specifically an Origin issue. It forgot all the information for your account.. which ID FIGURE anyway is backed up and when fixed will be restored.
But it's clearly an issue with the Origin profile itself.. and without the profile you don't have any history / achievements in game.

Thank you for the detailed post, we'll look into this and hopefully have an update soon.
I am also having the same issue (PC). Game worked fine six hours ago.
And Origin app looks like an old HTML website.
