Re: Capital Supremacy Crash

Hey @theboltholt after the resetting on the console did it work and by resetting what did you do exactly?

@Darkorange2794  Did you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps?

How to power cycle the console:

  1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
  2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
  3. Plug the console power cable back in.
  4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

  • I have tried everything I could think of. Power Cycle, Clear Saved Games Cache (reset/refresh that seems to help things run a bit smoother), clean disc, uninstall and reinstall SWBF2, Wifi reset and power cycle.

Nothing seems to make a difference and it's happening to some of my buddies as well. We watched half our team get kicked in the middle of a Supremacy match just last night. one second it was full, moments later I checked again and we had 11 players...

Thanks for coming back with some details!

Do you get an error code when this happens? @theboltholt

  • No error code, the game either freezes mid-March or sends me back to the main screen without warning.
