I play on the PC, the same thing already happened to me about 5 times, at the time of transition from land to the ship the game crashed and exited to the desktop. Please fix this because it's too boring to play for 1 hour and then lose all the XP and credits!
To be honest, I'd rather they just remove this map rather than have to reboot the whole game every time this maps comes into rotation. Fix it, then put it back in rotation. They've done that with other maps that had stability issues in the past.
Unfortunately what seems to be the case is that they can't fix this on their own. Their testing environment is so different then the environment we play MP, that they'd rather have us be the subjects of their testing routines, then actually using a controlled environment to test their mess before they throw it on us.
Disgusting to say the least. And with so many people here dedicating their free time to not only guide players to a less bug infested game experience, but also those that delve deep into the erratic ways of these pesky bugs, it's unbelievable that EA's policy is still that of silence, pats in the back, generic answers, and not sharing any details of their bugfixing process, not even to ask for info, pictures, or footage.
I feel sorry for Star Wars.
