Re: Detected AMD Radeon driver version 0.0.0.

Hello, I am having a Similar problem to @Malthusian77 With it saying this error Whenever I try to launch Battlefield 1:

I Have tried using the uninstaller you have provided, multiple times.

I then proceeded to download the latest graphics using the "Adrenalin Edition 18.2.2 Optional" with this link provided:
https://support.amd.com/en-us/download/mobile?os=Windows+10+-+64

I still proceed to obtain the error every time I launch the game.

I just find it odd for the game to not even be able to detect a driver version even after multiple uninstalls and re-installs

I am using a AMD Radeon RX480 8gb GDDR5

I know its not too fancy but It should at least run Battlefield 1 at decent graphics if its able to run Battlefront II

I realize that this is a Battlefront thread but the problem that @Malthusian77 is having is the same that I am having and i could really appreciate the help

I've tried solving this issue by searching all over the internet for the past 5 hours with no success. I'm guessing it's an automatic update that was done, however i could not find any previous updates to restore too.

Well yesterday, i had same problem. I think i found the solution. First of all i tried everything, clean unistall, registry overwrite... bla bla bla .... nothing happend

    My rig:

    Win 10 64bit pro

Ryzen 2400g  (with vega) thats the problem...

    Rx 570 4 gb

    So i have 2 VGA

If you go to device manager--->Graphics card you will see there exclamination mark...

You have to remove APU graphics card in device manager, and just start battlefield 1 and this solution maybe work on the other games problem too. At least work for me.

BTW if you shut down or restart your compurter you have to do it again. OR in the bios if you can disable the APU then do it and maybe works too

Hello dear epic gamers, i have been visited by the human reincarnation of the pc jesus, he noticed that only people that had an apu+gpu combo witnessed this error, with his glorious mind he told me to uninstall the apu driver in the windows device manager after this the "finished" and "errorfree"game didnt choke itself on my pc

    epic
  • Just go in windows Device Manager and uninstall the Vega graphics APU so it won't interfere with your external gfx card.  Very simple fix. Took me hours to find it myself.
