I would pick Cal Kestis and The Inquisitor.The skins for the Inquistor would just be the differant inquisitors.

I always thought Cal could have a ability to switch lightsaber types and have his slow then maybe a Bd-1 ability

The Inquistor could also switch lightsaber types and could do the spin thing and when he jumps and does the helicopter thing if double lightsaber is activated.

Ahsoka and Ventress would be my second pick.

Ventress could be a stealth hero with a invisibility ability and maybe have her energy bow as a ability as well(She used it in dark disciple)
