Yes, same with me. Have you found a resolution yet? No xp or levels are saving for me.

Are you both in the US? If so, it is an issue on EA’s end and there’s nothing we can do about it until they fix it. I’m pretty sure everyone is having this issue at least in the US Oregon region for EA.

Yeah I’ve been having the same issue. I downloaded the game two days ago after not playing for a few years and after 2 hours of playing I keep getting error code 1756. Even after doing some local troubleshooting

Been trying to level up some of my lower levelled heroes for a couple hours not realising no xp was saving 🤦‍♂️

Pretty sure its all over the world. Wanted to play BF2 today after not playing for a couple of days and rank up my heroes, and this just immdeiately ruined it for me:/

They need to fix this i just bought the game and I can't even compete with players cus they all have max perks and I can't upgrade nothing 

Same issue for me. Tried reinstalling the game, restarting internet, restarting ps5, and even logging in with a different ea account. I have gotten nowhere
